I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received during my recent car rental pickup.
The front desk staff was extremely slow, unresponsive, unprofessional, and had poor English proficiency. The entire check-in process took 30 minutes unnecessarily. Worse still, the staff deliberately made things difficult for us, mocked my mother for not speaking English, and made weird, inappropriate laughs, which was extremely disrespe。
